In a dry fixed system, ridge tiles or hip ridge tiles are mechanically fixed to the roof, without the need for mortar or cement. This makes them more durable and more hard-wearing in extreme weather conditions, reducing storm damage. Additionally, this is a very low-maintenance solution.

With a 10-year guarantee, our dry verge systems are built to last. Available in a variety of different colours, this mortar-free solution requires much less maintenance than traditional mortar fixed verges. Fitted with ventilation in mind, our dry verge systems are fully compliant with BS 5534 requirements. This ensures that there is adequate air getting to the roofline, preventing water retention after rain. In addition to our Lincoln and Maxima clay pantiles, dry verge tiles are available in three different interlocking types:
